Product Description
According to the differences of physical and chemical properties of copper ore surface, copper ore flotation production line is treated by flotation reagents, the copper deposits are selectively stick to the bubbles for the purpose of separation:
Use crushing and ball mill to grind the ore to -200 mesh 60-70%. The copper minerals are basically dissociated as monomers; the pulp discharged from the ball mill enters the classifier, and the unqualified fineness is returned to the ball mill for regrinding, and the qualified ones enter the flotation;
Through roughing and sweeping, more than 20% copper concentrate index can be obtained through one to three times of selection;
The concentrate enters the thickener for sedimentation, and undergoes dehydration treatment to obtain copper concentrate, and other pulps enter the tailings pond.
The tailings pond can dry the tailings through the tailings dam or the concentrator pressure filter.
