Product Description

Introduction:
Thickener is applicable to the concentrate and tailings dehydration processing in beneficiation plant, widely used in metallurgical, chemical, coal, nonmetal ore dressing, environment protection, etc.

Working Priciple

The thickener is mainly composed of a circular thickening tank and a rake scraper. The solid particles suspended in the slurry in the thickening tank got settled by gravity, and the upper part becomes clarified water, so the liquid and solid is separated. The sludge deposited at the bottom of the concentration tank is continuously scraped and collected to the center discharge port at the bottom of the tank for discharge, while the clarified water overflows from the upper edae of the tank.

Structure of the thickener

• Concentration tank - is the core component of the separator, through which the mixing device and the delamination device, the separation and concentration of the ore can be achieved.
• Rake arm - used to stir and transport ore, the drive provides power support to enable the rake arm to operate efficiently.
• Degassing tank - is used to remove bubbles and impurities generated during the concentration process to ensure the concentration effect.
• Feed unit - responsible for evenly adding raw ore to the thickening tank
• Discharge port - discharge of the enriched ore.
