The structurer of Rolling Mill:
Rolling mill is composed of the main motor, main drive, main machine seat three parts.
Main Motor will be decided on the basis of whether need adjust speed in work. Need adjust speed, use DC motors; Whereas, if have flywheel, use asynchronous motor, no flywheel, use synchronous motor.
Main drive composed of the reducer, herringbone gear blocks, the main coupling.
Main machine seat composed of the machine rack, rollers, roller bearings and pressure balance device.
